India has been out number one since Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister for the second time. The Modi government has put the Motor Vehicle Amendment in a putt to curb fake driving licenses. In fact, Nitin Gadkari, while introducing the Motor Vehicle Amendment Bill in the Lok Sabha, said something that surprised everyone. Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari said 30 percent driving licenses in India are fake. Introducing the bill, Gadkari said in the House that if there is any country in the world where the most easily available lylance is India.
