UP Board Examination 2018 to be Held Under CCTV Surveillance

Lucknow, October 16: Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma announced that the Uttar Pradesh Board Examination 2018 will be held under CCTV camera surveillance to check mass cheating. In this regard, the Government directed all board examination centres to install CCTV cameras by December 2017.

According to Sharma, strict measures will be taken to curb cheating and will make efforts to wrap up the examination within a month.

Following the announcement on Tuesday, Chief Secretary Rajiv Kumar said this move seeks to ensure copying-free board exams across the state. He added that to bring improvement in the quality of education in the schools, a better work plan should be made in the span of 10 days.
