CBSE UGC NET 2017 Application Process Ends Today; How to Apply

New Delhi, Sept 11: The online registration process for CBSE University Grants Commission (UGC) National Eligibility Test (NET) 2017 will end today. The CBSE UGC NET 2017 exam will be held on November 5. Eligible candidates can visit the official website of the CBSE – cbsenet.nic.in – and apply register for UGC NET 2017 exam. The CBSE conducts NET exam every year to test the eligibility of candidates for the post of Assistant Professors in UGC recognised universities.

While the registration process for UGC NET 2017 exam ends today, candidates can pay the fees either today or tomorrow i.e. September 12th 2017 online via Debit or Credit Card. Candidates can also make the payment via an SBI challan that needs to be deposited on or before tomorrow at your nearest SBI branch. A candidate needs to score minimum 55 per cent Marks in Master’s Degree to appear for the UGC NET exam. Those who are in the Final Year of Post Graduate Degree Programs can also apply if they feel that they’ll have a minimum aggregate of 55 per cent or more. The CBSE has decided to conduct the NET only once in a year instead of twice from this year onwards. It is mandatory for the candidates to furnish Aadhaar Card details at the time of online registration excluding candidates of J&K, Assam and Meghalaya.
