People who work all night need to sleep during day time. But those who are accustomed of sleeping during day time need to get aware, as a study revealed that sleeping in afternoon may cause many health troubles.
According to a recent survey, people who sleep during day time are having more risk of heart attack than those who do not sleep during daytime. According to the researches, the risk of arterial disease increases the risk of heart attack by 1 to 2 percent.
Another test has also revealed that more than one hour of sleep of a day is very harmful for health. This research stated that sleeping more than one hour a day can raises the risk of many diseases such as heart attack, diabetes and brain hemorrhage.
Ayurveda also does not support the day time sleeping habits. According to Ayurveda, sleeping during day time increases the chances of various diseases like obesity, cold and many such problems. The scientific perspective also justifies the way to sleep at night only.
