New Delhi (17/03/2022): In a bid to promote goodness and acts of Kindness, Delhi based social organisation, Helping Hands will be organising a unique ceremony to felicitate Angels for North East people in different cities.
These individuals will be honoured by Grand Daughter of Mahatma Gandhi Tara Gandhi and Olympian Mary Kom in Delhi.
Robin Hibu IPS, President, Helping Hands, said, “Samaritans who came out of comfort zones to help distressed/needy NE people specially during covid crisis in cities will be honoured with NE Samaritan Award by Grand Daughter of Mahatma Gandhi- Tara Gandhi and Mary Kom, Olympian/ MP on March 20 at India International Centre, New Delhi.”
“On the behalf of NE people in cities , we in Helping Hands is deeply touched by their selfless social works in wiping tears of helpless NE people in cities,” he added.
The organization hopes that their selfless services are inspiration for others to follow.
