New Delhi:Union Public Service Commission has released UPSC Civil Services Prelims 2020 date. The preliminary examination will be conducted on May 31, 2020. The registration process for the same will commence on February 12, 2020, and will end on March 3, 2020. Along with this, the Commission released other exam details in its recently published complete calendar available on upsc.gov.in.

The details of other examinations conducted by UPSC are also available to candidates in the official calendar of 2020. The Engineering Service Prelims exam application process will start on September 25, 2019, and will end on October 15, 2019. The examination will be conducted on January 5, 2020.

This year UPSC conducted Civil Services Preliminary exam on June 2, 2019. More than 10 lakh students have appeared for the examination conducted in the country. As per students, the exam was expectedly difficult this year as compared to last year. The exams have analyzed the General Studies paper to be not difficult and relatively easy. History was quite difficult. Conceptual questions were difficult as options were close to each other making guesswork quite difficult. In Paper II, the overall level of difficulty was moderate.

UPSC Civil Services Prelims 2019 result is expected to be declared in July 2019. The result date will be declared by the Commission soon. Candidates can check for more related details from the official site of UPSC.
