Brig. K.G. Behl Retd ask to be careful of anti-national elements spreading rumours against Police or Army

Let us be careful of anti-national elements spreading rumours against Police / Army for security lapses rather than blaming terrorists and Pakistan

Rumours are being spread to blame Police / Defense Forces for security lapse as incidents have taken place in our country, rather than blaming terrorists and Pakistan who are the main culprits behind these tragedies

An impression is being created by certain sections of the society that the incidents at the border are taking place due to the negligence of the security by the Police / Defense Forces. But the fact remains due to strict security measures no intrusion was being allowed and practically all those who tried to intrude into the country were killed. From the recent incidents it is very evident that some of the terrorists had earlier taken shelter with some of the border residents and planned the attacks which includes Pulwama and other places where incidents have taken place. It has been noticed on the stone pelting youths came to avoid the killing of the Commander of Jaish-e-Mohammad, Kamran Gazi and others which shows that they are hand in glove with the terrorists. As such strict action need to be taken against those as well and also those who support them.

It is good that the security cover provided to Hurriyat leaders has been withdrawn and it is quite likely that more such exposures will come up of their league with the terrorists. Action also needs to be taken against all those who inspite of all these causalities are supporting Pakistan and recommend dialogue with Pakistan.

Pakistan needs to be taught a lesson so that they desist from supporting terrorists and induce them to intrude into India and create troubles. All of us must join hands with the Govt. and strengthen their resolve to take action against Pakistan who supports terrorism.

Since such terrorists from Pakistan are spread all over the country and are planning terrorist activities it becomes incumbent on all of us to be vigilant of such persons and report to the concerned authorities of such suspected persons so that suitable action could be taken against them in time.
