New Delhi, Nov 17: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared results of the Combined Defence Services Examination (I) or CDS I, 2017 at upsc.gov.in on Friday. The UPSC conducted CDS (I) exam in February, while the interviews were held by the Services Selection Board (SSB) under of the Ministry of Defence. The full list of selected is available at upsc.gov.in. Candidates who appeared for the final exam of CDS (I) can check their results on the official website.
“The results of the medical examination have not been taken into account in preparing these lists,” the UPSC said in a notification. As many as 8548 candidates have qualified. The UPSC had recommended 3611, 2154 and 650 as qualified in the written test for admission to the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy respectively. The number of candidates finally qualified are those after SSB test conducted by Army Head Quarters.
