Researchers say that the men who consume excessive sugar increase the risk of depression in them. During the research on 5000 males for 22 year, the men who had consumed more than 67 gm of sugar increased the 23% probability of men’s deferred incidence after 5 years. So researchers recommend eating all the sugars in small quantities. Sweet food has been proven to be harmful to health.
