A Padma Shri and Arjuna award recipient, Anjum Chopra led India to its first Test Series win in South Africa,2002. She is the first Indian player to score a One-day international century and appear in more than 100 ODI’s for India.The first woman player from Asia to receive the honorary life membership from the prestigious Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC), Lords Cricket Ground, London; Anjum is a student of Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram, St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi and an M.B.A from FORE school of management, Delhi.
She was honored with INDIAN WOMEN ACHIEVERS AWARD by the President of India on January 20, 2018 at New Delhi.
