Lucknow, Dec 3: A 17-year-old girl has been allegedly gangraped at gunpoint in a field in Majhgaon of Hamirpur in Uttar Pradesh. The incident allegedly took place when the victim had gone to relieve herself in the fields when a group of men attacked and raped her, reports ANI.
As per the latest development in the matter, a case has been registered at Majhgaon police station and the police have arrested an accused. Meanwhile, the investigation to nab the other persons involved in the crime is still on.
The incident comes to light a day after it was reported that a 32-year-old woman was molested on the terrace of her workplace in Delhi on November 30. He even masturbated in front of her and fled away with her phone. The police have filed a case and is investigating the matter.
