Recently SC had given direction to Government to fix 2 years tenure of DGPs of States. Luminaries wants to know whether SC will direct to Government to appoint CJs of High Courts well in advance and that too for two years at least. This will end the practice of Acting CJs appointment.
Will SC do something for HC CJs ?
