Sacked Delhi water minister Kapil Mishra said on Monday he will approach the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) to file complaints on money laundering and black money, indicating that he will continue with his fight against Delhi’s ruling Aam Aadmi Party.
Mishra, who was sacked as the water and tourism minister on May 6, has been demanding details on foreign trips of five AAP leaders. He has also said he saw CM Arvind Kejriwal take money from cabinet colleague Satyendra Jain, a remark that triggered a flutter in the AAP that has been reeling due a string of election losses and infighting.
“Whenever I would be discharged from the hospital, I will make a written complaint to the Central Bureau of Investigation and the Central Board of Direct Taxes under black money, hawala and money laundering cases (against Kejriwal and the AAP),” Mishra, who has been suspended from the AAP’s primary membership, tweeted.
