Traffic movement continues to remain suspended on the Sonamrag-Drass strech of 434 kms strategic Srinagar leh highway on fifth consecutive day onTueday.
Officials said that a number of snow slides on Sonamarag-Drass Drass stretch are hampering the early restoration of the traffic movement on the highway .
official,s said that from Sonamarag side BRO has crossed Indiagate area and from Drass side VIJAYAK after crossing Khooni-nallah has reached tough Kanipathri area and it is expected that snow clearance process from Drass side up to Zero point will end till today evening.
