New Delhi, Oct 30: Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Monday chaired a key meeting of party general secretaries to chalk out plans for the first note ban anniversary, which will be observed as ‘Black Day’ by Opposition parties across the country. Addressing the media, after the key meet, Rahul Gandhi hit out at the Modi government for poor implementation of demonetisation and Goods and Services Tax (GST).
“PM Narendra Modi has hit the nation’s economy with two torpedoes- Demonetisation and Goods and Services Tax,” said the Congress vice-president.
