Delhi | Delhi Police Special Cell has arrested an absconding gangster of the Lawrence Bishnoi-Jitendra Gogi syndicate after an encounter on May 22. The accused was absconding for 3 years after being released on interim bail in an attempt to murder case in Delhi.
