Delhi High Court sets aside the order of debarment issued by Delhi University against the NSUI National Secretary Lokesh Chugh. His admission has been restored. He was debarred for one year for allegedly participating in the screening of the banned BBC documentary on PM Modi on the University campus. He had challenged the debarment order before the court.
