New Delhi, 13 March 2023: Under the leadership of Delhi BJP Working President Virendra Sachdeva, senior party leaders, MPs, MLAs, Councilors and State Office bearers observed a MAUN VRAT opposite Rajghat demanding the resignation of liquor scam mastermind Arvind Kejriwal and praying for his sanity. Along with this a film was also played on the LED screen through which many issues of lies and false promises of the Kejriwal government were exposed.
In today’s MAUN VRAT LOP in Assembly Ramveer Singh Bidhuri, MP Dr. Harshvardhan and Ramesh Bidhuri, MLA Om Prakash Sharma and Abhay Verma, State General Secretary Kuljit Singh Chahal and Harsh Malhotra, co-incharge of Jammu and Kashmir Ashish Sood, Co-incharge of Assam Pawan Sharma, Former State President Vijay Goel, National Spokesperson Sardar R.P. Singh, State Vice President Ashok Goyal, Jaiveer Rana, Rajeev Babbar and Karam Singh Karma, State Se Impreet Singh Bakshi, State Spokesperson Harish Khurana, Praveen Shankar Kapoor, Aditya Jha and Brijesh Rai alongwith many municipal councilors participated. Prominent Councilors present were Rekha Gupta, Kamaljit Sehrawat, Yogita Singh, Sandeep Kapoor, Vinod Sehrawat etc.
Speaking to reporters after observing the symbolic one hour MAUN VRAT Virendra Sachdeva said that Rajghat is a sacred place and it is a matter of great regret that Arvind Kejriwal & his colleagues after committing corruption, come here and instead of accepting their mistakes they try to cover up their deeds.
Sachdeva said that today we have observed a symbolic MAUN VRAT demanding resignation of CM Arvind Kejriwal opposite Rajghat and have prayed for good sanity to bless him.
Sachdeva said that we all workers will go to every street and neighborhood of Delhi and expose this corruption of Kejriwal because this liquor scam happened with the consent of Kejriwal.
Sachdeva said today Kejriwal is ashamed to admit his relation with the Vijay Nayyar whom Kejriwal once used to hug. Kejriwal cannot run away from his responsibilities and it is certain that he will come under the scanner of this liquor scam.
He said that Kejriwal Government is not only involved in the liquor scam but also in the classroom scam, the DTC scam, the health scam, the Jal Board scam. Delhi BJP will continue to fight as raise the voice of the people against corruption.
