Delhi (India), Jan 22, 2023: Maiden match of Delhi police cricket trophy was launched on Sunday with different teams sweating it out on the cricket pitch for the trophy.
This friendly cricket one day match was organised at Kingsway Camp.
Talking about it, Robin Hibu IPS said, “I was thrilled to tossed the coin of head and tail as Chief Guest today morning at Delhi Police Sports ground, Kingsway Camp.”
Judges Team won the toss by winning the head.
Today matches were held between Delhi Judges team, Delhi Media team, Advocate team and Delhi Police team will be competing in oneday Cricket matches for Delhi Police Cricket Trophy.
Judge Avilash Malhotra played as the Captain of Delhi Judges team, Suresh Rawat was the Captain of Delhi Media team and Vijay Singh IPS was the Captain of Delhi Police team.
“I believe nothing can come in way in serving the citizens when, judges, advocates, cops and media are bonded together,” IPS Hibu said.
It is truly said that nothing bonds better than bonhomie in sports.
