Gangte have been made as Incharge of Police Chowki in Moti Bagh, South Delhi, he is the first from NE state to be appointed as Police Chowki because of his hardworking and dedication in works. He is the first to be appointed in such critical post directing affecting the people’s security in Delhi.
It’s very rare that officer from NE states to be in critical field posting.

Glad to share you all that, I was only IPS officer to be given an independent district DCP till today in Delhi Police history, was given independent charge as DCP West District in 2006 to 2008 by charismatic CP Delhi – Dr KK Paul.
