FITINDIA Conclave, has been organised by Glanbia in New Delhi on Saturday, to promote greater focus on nutrition and physical activity across India. The campaign is designed to inspire everyone to seek nutrition and fitness regardless of age, background or current fitness levels.
Union Sports Minister, Vijay Goel and Star Cricketer Gautam Gambhir launched the initiative, which is a platform to discuss how to raise awareness about the positive impact of healthy lifestyles, give people ideas about how to achieve fitness and create opportunities to be fit in today’s fast paced environment.
Star Cricketer Gautam Gambhir said that, the fit India campaign with its three vital pillars including Educate, Inspire and Enable, aimed for making India a fit nation has provided a boost to the healthy India concept.
The initiative is also aimed to increase public participation and focus on better nutrition and physical activity across India.
