Indian Army has invited applications for the recruitment 2017 of 142 Tradesman, Material Asst & Other Posts. The eligible candidates will apply in prescribed application format within 21 days & for remote areas within 28 days from the last date of publication. The candidates are required to note that they can go other details like age limit, educational qualification, selection process & how to apply. Indian Army has invited applications for the 6 posts for Material Assistant. There are 1 post available for LDC, Pharmacist, Tele Operator, MTS, Dhobi, Tailor.
There will be 36 posts for Fireman while there are 94 posts for Tradesman (Mate). Candidates age limit should be between 18 to 27 years. Age relaxation is admissible as per rules. Age relaxation (upper age limit) up to five years is applicable for candidates who have ordinarily been domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01 Jan 1980 to 31 Dec 1989 as the extension have been received from IHQ of MoD(Army) upto 31 Dec 2017. Xerox copy of certificate to this effect issued either by concerned Distt – Magistrate or by Relief Commissioner to be attached with application form and original certificate to be produced at the time of Physical / Skill/ Written test.
