If waiting list for surgery is beyond 30 days, free surgery will be provided to residents of Delhi at identified private hospitals and cost of the treatment will be paid by Delhi government, announced Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday in New Delhi.
Stating the initiative as a historic decision, Arvind Kejriwal said from now onwards there will be no waiting list, no long dates for elective surgeries in Delhi government hospitals.
