The revised date of Uttar Pradesh B.Ed Joint Entrance Exam 2021 has been declared. The Joint Entrance Examination will be conducted on July 18 for admission to B.Ed courses in the state of Uttar Pradesh for this academic year.
The Higher Education Department released the revised entrance examination program. On the basis of UP B.Ed JEE 2021, admission will be available to about 2900 colleges in the state. There are about 2.40 lakh seats for B.Ed.
Earlier, the UP B.Ed entrance exam was to be held on May 19, but it was postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The result of the entrance exam will be declared on August 5. Online counselling for admission will start from August 10 and the academic session will start from August 30.
About six and a half lakh candidates will appear in the Uttar Pradesh B.Ed Joint Entrance Examination 2021. Last year around 4.5 lakh candidates applied for admission. The responsibility of conducting the B.Ed entrance examination has been entrusted to Lucknow University.
UP B.Ed JEE 2021: Seats, paper pattern
In view of the Covid-19 pandemic, this time such colleges that will be given affiliation to run the B.Ed course till July 31, will be able to attend the counseling. Till May 10, only colleges that got affiliation were included in the admission process. There are about 2.5 lakh seats for the B.Ed course.
There will be two question papers in the B.Ed Joint Entrance Examination. Each question paper will be of 200 marks. Objective-type questions will be asked in it. Both the question papers will have two sections of 50 questions each.
Each section will be of 100 marks. In this way, the total exam will be 400 marks. Section A for both papers will be mandatory.
