Helping Hands NGO releases helpline numbers to aid Covid-hit North-eastern people

Helping Hands, a NGO ran by Delhi Police Joint CP Robin Hibu has released counselling helplines in different domains to aid the people of North-eastern Indian states who have been severely affected by the Covid pandemic,

Helping Hands aims to:

  • Revive their small time business through micro finance assistance
  • Guide them for business sectoral shift strategy
  • Teeth issues of business transgressions of law by business partners
  • Treat emotive depressed psychic of traumatized NE lonely folks
  • Arrange guidance / consultation on pre and post Covid phases by competent physicians preferably from North East to over come language problems in medical consultations
  • Provide emergency non Covid related helps – rations, emergency financial help to tide over babies delivery, lactating young mother, abandoned females.

Those who seek guidance/ counseling will need to send WhatsApp message to these domains experts in advance. Thereafter, they will be given appropriate counseling/ guidance etc.
