Talk to AK programme probe: CBI records Delhi’s Deputy CM Manish Sisodia’s statement

The CBI today visited premises of Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia and recorded his statement regarding a preliminary enquiry against him related to alleged irregularities in the AAP’s ‘Talk to AK’ campaign. The programme was an interactive session for the public to speak to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. The agency had registered the PE in January this year on the basis of a complaint filed by the Vigilance Department of the Delhi government. The CBI sources told news agency PTI that no search or raid was conducted at the premises of Sisodia. According to rules, no search or raid can be conducted under a PE.
