Voting began on Sunday morning for the by-polls to five municipal wards in Delhi. Total 32.25% voting was recorded till 1.30 PM . Polling began at 7.30am amid tight security arrangements. The main contenders are the ruling Aam Aadmi Party, the BJP and Congress.
