What is plan for BEL; CMD post not advertised

A vacancy of Chairman – cum – Managing Director, Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is arising on June 30, 2021 with the retirement of incumbent CMD M V Gowtama. The Government of India has not advertised the vacancy. Is there any plan in store for this Defense PSU?
