A Voluntary Charitable Non-Religious NGO Mahavir International Delhi, Vira Vision Group distributed around 3000 food packets in last three days to daily wagers and poor families in modern Shahdara, Gokulpuri, Jhilmil, Vivek Vihar, Rajbagh and Ghaziabad areas today.
Vira Vision Group endeavours to relentlessly distribute food packets till lockdown and to increase the quantity of food packets if needed to not let anyone sleep hungry. It aims to reach out to vulnerable sections of the society and to help them have a reliable supply of meals in the absence of employment opportunities. While members have been taking all precautionary measures by wearing gloves and face masks during distribution, hundreds of people have come forward to support the cause by donating generously
We are grateful to Delhi Police aiding in food distribution among poors amid the lockdown. Also, Appeal to all citizens of Delhi to join in our efforts and to contribute towards this cause so people who are part of our daily lives get access to basic needs.
