20th February 2020, New Delhi: Dr. Neelam Gupta, Founder President and CEO of AROH Foundation, a leading national-level NGO, was honored by DMA All India Women Entrepreneur Award in the Successful Super Achiever Award category. The event was held at The Park Hotel in New Delhi on February 20th, 2020. The award recognizes Dr. Neelam Gupta’s impeccable, inspirational and remarkable CSR initiatives.
Dr. Gupta started AROH Foundation with the objective of giving back to society. Realizing the great need for developmental work at the grassroots level, she took up social intervention projects to make a difference in the lives of children, especially girls and youth. At present, AROH is working on multi-sectorial development initiatives in CSR domain and government schemes across different states in India.
Under the leadership of Dr. Gupta, the Foundation has been successfully implementing social welfare projects and has skilled and empowered more than 22,000 women from more than 1,500 SHGs and 520 enterprise setups, served to improve learning outcomes of 50,000 children and trained 50,000 farmers to earn a better living and more than 25,000 youth have been trained and placed into jobs. The foundation has directly impacted the lives of more than 5 lakh individuals so far.

DMA All India Women Entrepreneur Award 2020 is organized by Delhi Management Association to encourage and salute the spirit of entrepreneurship amongst women who have scaled new heights.
