The NDMC on Tuesday suspended the health trade licence of restaurants and lodging facilities of The Park in Connaught Place, three days after 12 of its guests had to be taken to hospital following a basement blaze in the five star hotel.
The NDMC action comes on the basis of a report submitted by the Delhi Fire Services, which had suspended the hotel’s fire clearance licence after its inspection team found many shortcomings with regard to fire safety.
