A Delhi court today issued notice to 4 men convicted in Nirbhaya gang-rape case on victim’s parents plea seeking the case to be fast-tracked. Additional Sessions Judge Satish Kumar Arora asked convicts to apprise him their status related to mercy petition & curative petition.
