To strengthen its ties with Russian capital Moscow, AAP government is organising a two-day event —‘Days of Moscow in Delhi’ which will see a flurry of activities in the field of arts and culture, heritage, sports and other areas of mutual cooperation between the two cities.
Event that began today is part of the ‘Twin city agreement’ signed between the governments of Delhi and Moscow.
