A 22-year-old woman from Sikkim was allegedly gangraped by three men in a moving car in Gurugram on 14 May.
The woman was attacked at around 2 am when she was travelling from Delhi to her residence in Gurugram Sector-17. She was near her residence building when three men dragged her into their Swift car. They then took turns to rape her in the moving vehicle while heading to Najafgarh, said a senior police officer, quoting the victim’s statement. After the accused threw her out of the car in Najafgarh area, and sped away, the woman alerted passersby, who called the Delhi Police to the spot.
