New Delhi, Heavy rains accompanied with gusty winds lashed the national capital on Tuesday. The rainfall recorded till 0830 hrs was 12.6 mm, India Meteorological Department said. Minimum temperature settled at 26.7 degrees Celsius, normal for the season. However, the relative humidity till 0830 hrs was pegged at 97 per cent. According to Meteorological Department, sky will be generally cloudy with heavy rain during the day. The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 33 degrees Celsius. Yesterday, the maximum temperature settled at 37.4 degrees C, three notches above the normal.
