A 19-year-old Chhattisgarh youth allegedly asked his friend to rape his minor wife and later divorce her. According to complained registered by the kin of the victim, the accused husband Khilendra Sahoo left his wife with a friend in a hotel room in Kawardha, Chhattisgarh so that he could rape her.
