Today in New Delhi, DPCC Chief, Ajay Maken sought sanction of Lt.Governor for prosecuting Arvind Kejriwal under u/s 19 of Prevention of Corruption Act & 197 of CrPC for various offences of corruption unearthed by the Shunglu Committee report.
Shunglu Committee had examined 404 files pertaining to irregularities and corruption cases in the Delhi government headed by Arvind Kejriwal. The report received by me under RTI reveals serious cases of corruption against Arvind Kejriwal, he added.
Talking about the Kapil Mishra allegations, he said that, I want lie-detector test of all the three persons, Arvind Kejriwal, Kapil Mishra and Satyender Jain for crystal clear results.
