New Delhi: Life Insurance Corporation of India invites online applications from eligible candidates for selection and appointment as Apprentice Development Officers in the various Offices of LIC of India.

Approximately 1130 posts of Apprentice Development Officers are proposed to be filled in by the Offices under the jurisdiction of Zonal Office, New Delhi.

The number of Apprentice Development Officers recruited from among the Employee Category shall not exceed 15%, from Agents Category shall not exceed 25% and from Others Category(Open Market)shall not exceed 60% of the total number of vacancies for recruitment of Apprentice Development Officers.

The selection and appointment will be subject to the reservation of SC/ST/OBC/EWS as per rules.

Selection will be on the basis of on-line test and interview. Qualification: Graduate in any stream or a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.

Emoluments and Benefits: Stipend of approximately Rs 34503/- per month during apprentice period.

On appointment as a Probationary Development Officer, basic pay off 21865/- per month (except for Employee category candidates) in the scale of Rs 21865-1340(2)-24545-1580(2)-27705-1610(17)-55075 and other admissible allowances as per rules.
