Bhubaneswar: Odisha government announced two-day special leave for its employees to exercise their voting rights in the upcoming four-phase general elections.
In this regard, Chief Secretary Aditya Prasad Padhi has intimated all the departments.
As per order, the employees working in various departments of the government will be entitled to get special casualty leave (CL) for two days to cast their votes in their concerned places and villages during the elections. The leaves will be availed for them on Election Day and the next day.
The State will go to polls on April 11, 18, 23 and 29 for both Lok Sabha and Assembly seats in four phases.
