New Delhi, The Delhi-NCR felt tremors of quake early Wednesday. The tremors were felt around 0800 hrs. According to reports, an 4.0 magnitude quake was reported in western Uttar Pradesh’s Shamli district and 4.6 magnitude measuring on Richter Scale in Tajikistan in central Asia.
