Bulandshahr: A criminal, with reward of Rs 50000 on his head, was arrested by police following an encounter late last night in Sikandrabad. A motorcycle,a pistol&bullets have been recovered from him. The criminal, who was injured in the encounter, has been admitted to a hospital.
