Teacher, father, cop? Series of sexual abuse against 13-year-old Delhi girl began last August
A Delhi court on Monday ordered an FIR against a woman police officer for allegedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl by forcing her to go through the two-finger test, but the trauma for the victim had begun in August last year.
Back then, the girl was a Class 5 student in Kirari. The alleged sexual harassment of the girl had started in the first week of August, 2016 when her Hindi teacher would allegedly pass remarks laced with sexual innuendos at her.
She said she ignored his remarks until August 6, when she had to approach him for help with her assignment. “The teacher asked me to meet him in the lunch break. When I met him during the recess, he took me to an empty room,” the girl had told the cops back then. In her complaint, the girl had said that the teacher allegedly groped her. She had then gone home and narrated her the incident to her mother.
