Clouds of uncertainty are roaming about continuance of Justice A K Goyal, Chairman, National Green Tribunal (NGT). He is facing tough opposition from various Organisations and political parties. Even some NDA Ministers are not happy with appointment of Justice A K Goyal. Though final decision lies with the govt, pressure is likely to force him to resign.
