The victim was rushed to a hospital but was shifter to another due to the ongoing strike where he was declared dead on arrival.
New Delhi : A youth was stabbed over a dozen times on Friday when he was attending a ‘jagran’, a religious gathering, in outer Delhi’s Mongolpuri area, following which the accused was arrested, police said.
