Everyday we read and listen in the news about heinous crimes like brutal murder and rapes in our country & mosť of the times the accused is a minor. This clearly shows that these teens are moving in a wrong ďirection and one of the reasons is the protection givwn to them by the Juvenile Justice Act. Like many other Acts even this Act is being misused by the so called juveniles and they believe nothing will happen to them they will only be sent to remand home, their identity will not be disclosed and after a few years they can move freely in the society. I feel the law makers need to take this seriously and take some immediate steps to prevent the misuse. If a minor boy has sich high sexual desire that he brutally rapes an 8 year old kid then he’s more dangerous than any terrorist, only to staistfy themselves the juveniles are going to the extent of performing most barbaric murders.–
