New Delhi: The Delhi Commission for Women on Monday issued notices to lieutenant-governor Anil Baijal and chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on a complaint by Kargil martyr’s daughter Gurmehar Kaur, claiming that she has received "rape threats" allegedly from ABVP members after she initiated a social media campaign against the RSS’ student wing. Terming the incident "shameful," Ms Maliwal wrote to Delhi police commissioner Amulya Patnaik demanding registration of a case against persons threatening Ms Kaur and their arrest.
