New Delhi, Dec 27: A 16-year-old boy was sexually assaulted by an inmate at a juvenile justice home near Mukherjee Nagar in Delhi. The incident was reported on Tuesday when the victim called the wardens and complaint about pain in his private parts.
Naming the 17-year-old inmate, the victim accused him of sexually assaulting him in a toilet when he was relieving himself. The accused even threatened to strangle him and forced himself on the boy.
A case has been lodged under Indian Penal Code (IPC) Section 377 (unnatural sex) and POCSO Act on the victim’s statement and the police has been investigating the case.
The accused was sent to the juvenile justice home for the rape and murder of a four-year-old girl. He was caught by his neighbours while he was trying to bury the body.
