Delhi: Drug addicts arrested for stealing taps from YMCA building in Connaught Place

Two drug addicts, Chandan Kumar and Suraj Singh Rawat, have been arrested for stealing taps from the YMCA building in Connaught Place. The duo have been stealing and selling taps since April, after learning that most buildings in Delhi’s largest commercial hub were empty early in the morning.
