The Central Government has informed that filling of vacancies in the Supreme Court and High Courts is a continuous process. While every efforts is made to fill up the existing vacancies expeditiously, vacancies keep on arising on account of retirement , resignation or elevation of judges. Hence, the time frame for filling up of the vacancies can not be indicated.
