UPSC Civil Services Prelims Results 2018: Here’s the expected date

New Delhi: Results of Civil Services Prelims 2018 is expected soon. This exam was conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on 3rd June 2018.

According to the report published in Times Now, the result is expected to be released on or around July 15, 2018. Once released, the result will be available on the official website of UPSC (click here).

It may be mentioned that UPSC usually releases Civil Services Prelims results within 40-45 days from the date of the examination. As per experts, this year, UPSC may release the result on or around July 15.

Timetable for UPSC Civil Services Main Exam 2018

UPSC had released the timetable for the Civil Services Main Examination 2018. It can be downloaded from the official website of UPSC.

As per the official timetable, the examination will start on 28th September 2018. Examination for General studies will be held on 29th and 30th September. Indian language and Optional paper exam will be conducted on 6th and 7th October respectively.

It may be mentioned that this examination is meant for the recruitment of 24 different vacancies and posts.

It may be noted that the examination is conducted in two stages, Civil Service Preliminary and Civil Service Mains (Written and Interview). Marks obtained in written and Interview will be considered for ranking.
